The company Balistreri Girolamo & C snc, based in Cotogni No. 64 Aspra Pa, in its capacity as data controller, in the person of the pro-tempore legal representative, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Reg. (EU) 679/2016, hereby informs the interested parties on what are the purposes and methods of processing of personal data collected, as well as the nature of their conferment.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Personal data, subject to processing, namely, identification, administrative, accounting and tax, commercial, communicated to us in the execution and performance of relations with the owner and in compliance with and in accordance with the provisions on the processing and protection of personal data, are used:
- for the pursuit of purposes instrumental to the performance of the existing contractual/pre-contractual relationship with the client.
- For the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax obligations);
- to send informative messages and commercial and promotional communications relating to the activities and products of Balistreri Girolamo & C snc, through automatic means, such as email and sms, as well as traditional means, such as telephone contact, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness and the provisions of the law.
NATURE OF CONTRIBUTION
The provision of data is mandatory for the fulfillments required and sanctioned by law. For the rest, the conferment is optional but necessary, and any refusal on the part of the interested party entails the impossibility for the Holder to follow up on the establishment of the relationship and its timely execution. The conferment is in any case optional with regard to the processing of data for sending information messages and commercial and promotional communications relating to the activities, products and services of Balistreri Girolamo & C snc.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Legal basis for the processing of the aforementioned data for the purposes referred to in letters a) and b) of the paragraph "Purposes of the processing" is the performance of obligations arising from the existing contract or so-called pre-contractual ones and/or the fulfillment of legal obligations.
Legal basis for the purposes under letter c) of the paragraph "Purposes of the processing" is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, in view of the interest shown in the products, services and initiatives of the Data Controller. MODE OF TREATMENT

The data are processed and stored with instruments suitable to guarantee their security, integrity and confidentiality through the adoption of appropriate security measures as required by law.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION, RECIPIENTS
The collected data will not be subject to disclosure and dissemination. Communication to third parties, other than the Data Controller, the internal contact persons and external managers of the corporate structure and the employees in charge of data processing identified and duly appointed in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, is envisaged to public bodies for the fulfilment of legal obligations, as well as, where necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated and in any case within the limits of the same, to third parties and companies, such as legal and sector consultants, credit institutions, insurance companies, credit recovery and contractual consulting companies, forwarding agents, third party supply and technical and IT assistance companies.
STORAGE TIMES
The data will be processed and stored for the time necessary for the performance of administrative, accounting and tax purposes related to the contractual relationship subsisting between the Owner and the customer and for the fulfillment of related obligations and also arising from the obligations provided by law, however within the prescriptive terms provided by law for the rights and obligations underlying the treatment for the exercise of rights arising from the contractual relationship even after its final termination and those possibly necessary for the definition of the dispute in the medium term if longer.
With reference to the processing for the purpose of sending commercial and promotional communications of the Owner's own activities, products and services and for sending information messages related to its activities, the data will be retained for two years after the last contact with the Owner of the processing and in any case until the data subject exercises the right to object through the methods made available for this purpose.
